With the construction and operation of my farm I fulfill my life’s dream!
Since I was eight years old I have vacationed on Icelandic horses and got the first contact with horses. Until today it is the Icelandic horses, because their strength is irrepressible, their independence makes you humble and their lightness and friendliness soften my heart again and again.
These horses live in their homeland Iceland until today in the summer half wild in the highlands. This sharpens the senses. They are really different. For example, my great love Kári vom Burstah (above on the photo) was born here on the farm. We have a very special really deep connection, which at the time led to finally making the decision to turn my hobby into a career and hang up my career in business.
While I was building up the farm, I continued my education to become a Trainer B IPZV and a Pferdewirtschaftsmeisterin and I am very grateful for all the knowledge that I have gained through this. The special thing about living on my horse farm are the social groups of horses, which helps to form and promote social groups of people. The fact that I was able to bring my dream to life makes me very grateful for what I do.
At fourteen years old, I trained a five-year-old gelding for the first time by helping a friend oil him up. This horse was named Loftfari vom Basselthof and later competed for Germany at the European Championships under Karly Zingsheim.
At the age of fifteen I became German Junior Champion in four gaits for the first time with Fannar.
This was followed by German Junior Champion titles in five gaits with Hvellur frá Reynifelli and 7th place in the world rankings in the 150m pass race, as well as German Junior Champion titles with Ljóski frá Daeli in cross-country and style jumping.
Purchase and training of the mare Freyja frá Vidvik. My intuition told me, “I think she will be good.” – In 1990 she was presented by Jorinde Schrenk at the breeding test at Neddernhof and received an overall score of 8.25 points for this as a four gaited mare, making her the highest scoring four gaited mare according to IPO that year.

2015 Hosting of the first ever breeding horse from Canada to the World Championships (Blika frá Fitjamyri) on the farm until the World Championships and after the World Championships, as well as joint training with the Canadian National Team.
Since 2015 my activity has developed more and more in the direction of problem horse riding, which I do very successfully.
At the age of ten I consistently annoyed my parents with the desire to learn to ride. When I was eight years old, they finally softened and organized through a friend of my mother (Anita Kohrs) a place in the fall vacations at the Icelandic horse farm Kasperczyk. Now it was finally over. The silent hope of my parents that the obligation to also take over marginal work such as collecting horse droppings and saddling would deter me, did not bear fruit. When I was eleven, Anita organized a course under the leadership of Marlise Grimm, who traveled from Hanover with 20 horses and held a course that is still legendary today.
Regular lessons followed, the first own horse Ljóski frá Daeli, a lot of fun and the participation in tournaments, which resulted in several German championship titles and – with the horse Hvellur frá Reynifelli – the 7th place in the world ranking list in the pass race over 150 meters.

ten Lebensjahr habe ich Urlaub auf Islandpferden gemacht und den ersten Kontakt zu Pferden bekommen. Bis heute sind es die Islandpferde, weil ihre Kraft unbändig ist, ihre Unabhängigkeit einen demütig macht und ihre Leichtigkeit und Freundlichkeit immer wieder mein Herz erweichen.
Diese Pferde leben in ihrer Heimat Island bis heute im Sommer halbwild im Hochland. Dies schärft die Sinne. Sie sind wirklich anders. Zum Beispiel meine große Liebe Kári vom Burstah (oben auf dem Foto) wurde hier auf dem Hof geboren. Wir haben eine sehr besondere wirklich tiefe Verbindung, die damals dazu geführt hat, endgültig die Entscheidung zu treffen, mein Hobby zum Beruf zu machen und meine Karriere in der Wirtschaft an den Nagel zu hängen.
Während ich den Hof aufgebaut habe, habe ich mich zur Trainerin B IPZV und Pferdewirtschaftsmeisterin weitergebildet und bin sehr dankbar für all das Wissen, dass ich dadurch dazugewonnen habe. Das besondere am Leben auf meinem Pferdehof sind die sozialen Pferdegruppen, was hilft soziale Menschengruppen zu formen und zu fördern. Die Tatsache dass ich meinen Traum zum Leben erwecken durfte macht mich sehr dankbar für das, was ich tue.
Vierzehnjährig bildete ich das erste Mal einen fünfjährigen Wallach aus, indem ich einer Freundin half, ihn einzutölten. Dieses Pferd hieß Loftfari vom Basselthof und startete später unter Karly Zingsheim für Deutschland auf den Europameisterschaften.
Bereits fünfzehnjährig wurde ich das erste Mal Deutsche Jugend Meisterin im Viergang mit Fannar
Es folgten Deutsche Junioren Meistertitel im Fünfgang mit Hvellur frá Reynifelli und der 7. Rang in der Weltrangliste im Passrennen über 150m, sowie Deutsche Junioren Meistertitel mit Ljóski frá Daeli im Geländeritt und Stilspringen.
Kauf und Training der Stute Freyja frá Vidvik. Meine Intuition sagte mir: “Ich glaube, die wird gut.” – Sie wurde 1990 von Jorinde Schrenk auf der Zuchtprüfung auf dem Neddernhof vorgestellt und erhielt dafür als Viergangstute die Gesamtnote von 8,25 Punkten und war damit die in dem Jahr am höchsten beurteilte Viergangstute nach IPO.

Seit 2015 entwickelt sich meine Tätigkeit immer mehr Richtung Problempferdeberitt, welcher mir sehr erfolgreich gelingt.
