About me
I have been riding since I was 8 years old. I started directly on Icelandic horses.
I am still fascinated by this breed today. It is their independence, strength, herd compatibility, friendliness, love of children, weather resistance and, of course, the great five gaits (walk, trot, tölt, canter, running pace).
After gaining experience in competition riding as a youngster and junior, which resulted in several German championship titles, I completed a commercial apprenticeship and a degree in buisness administration.
Kári vom Burstah showed me the way back to horses. I started to build up my farm and still live and love my passion for riding Icelandic horses today.
While building up the farm, I did an education to become a master in equine management, as well as a trainer B IPVZ, and took part in many seminars in the field of animal health therapy.
A personal relationship with the horse is important to me, as is the personal contact with my clients.
My biggest successes
- 2014 with Kári vom Burstah 1. place PP1 running pace test at the Equitana Open Air in Neuss with 7,46 points
- Participation in the Worldtölt in Odense/Denmark Indoor competition of the 100 best Icelandic horse riders at the end of February
- Qualification and call-up to the German national team and participation in the 2014 MEM (Central European Championships) in Switzerland 2nd place in the speed pace
- 2nd place in the speed pace with 7.85 seconds in Zachow at the International pace championships
